BootCD is a bootable CD created by highly modifying a Windows 98 Second Edition floppy bootdisk. The bootable CD contains all the same drivers and programs as an original Win98SE bootdisk as well as additional utilities. If your machine does not boot with a Win98SE bootdisk, then it will not boot with this CD. BootCD contains extra utilities, including TestDisk, Kill Disk, and NTFS Reader.
Lots of of websites talk about how to make bootable CDs, but few actually have them available for download. Additional utilities and applications can be easily added to this CD using WinISO or a similar program. If you are looking for a Windows bootable floppy disk, I highly recommend http://www.bootdisk.com.
